Beta glucan boosts immunity

Beta Glucan the cell walls of baker's yeast. Some beta glucan is extracted from the bran of some grains such as oats and barley. Beta glucan from yeast is insoluble while beta glucan from barley, oats, and grains are soluble. Beta glucan is also derived from seaweed and mushrooms.
